Problem
A historically grown fleet management software required a fundamental architectural redesign to meet modern performance standards and future scaling requirements.
Challenge
Beyond the need for a fully responsive user interface with zero-latency data synchronization, the primary challenge lay in the code structure: The architecture had to be explicitly designed to allow autonomous coding agents to efficiently and flawlessly maintain and extend the system in the future.
Solution
We engineered a strictly modular system design powered by Convex. By implementing intelligent pre-aggregation mechanisms and predictive caching strategies, we minimized load times drastically. The deterministic code structure now enables AI agents to integrate new functional modules safely and in complete isolation.
